Collects, organizes, monitors, and distributes information related to quality and process improvement functions, including but not limited to compliance and/or documentation of quality management standards. Provides routine support services to broader tax technical groups within which they operate. Responsible for maintaining accounting documents and records, as well as ensuring reports are prepared and maintained timely and accurately. Assumes responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies. Requires Bachelors or Undergraduate degree.
