We are looking for a recently graduated **Industrial Engineer** to join as a **Junior Compliance and Management Systems Analyst**, with an operational focus and growth potential toward the role of **Compliance Officer**. This position is aimed at supporting the organization’s **daily operations, monitoring, and continuous improvement** of its management system, implementing directives defined by management and actively participating in control, documentation, and compliance processes. **Responsibilities** * Support the daily operation of the **Compliance Management System**. * Maintain and update **procedures, policies, templates, and records**. * Monitor **action plans, controls, and assigned activities**. * Support **continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives**. * Consolidate information for **monitoring and management reports**. * Support the handling of **internal and external audits**. * Support the management of **findings, non-conformities, and incidents**. * Ensure documentary traceability of the system. * Carry out operational tasks assigned by the management system leadership. **Requirements**: Recently graduated professional in **Industrial Engineering** (or final semester).
