**Position: Technical Assistant or Technologist in Occupational Health and Safety** We are seeking a **Technical Assistant or Technologist in Occupational Health and Safety** with experience in the **construction** sector. **Requirements:** * Education: **Technical or Technological degree in Occupational Health and Safety**. * Valid **SST license**. * **Certification for working at heights**. * Valid **50-hour or 20-hour SG-SST course**. * **Height Coordinator training course**. * **Minimum experience:** 2 years in construction projects. * **Residence:** Cali * **Must own a motorcycle** (mobility allowance provided). **Main Responsibilities:** * Reporting personnel incidents. * Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the **Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST)**. * Reporting unsafe conditions and equipment/tool issues. * Completing and supporting **investigations of work incidents and accidents**. * Conducting **safety inspection rounds** to verify safety conditions and operational behaviors. * General monitoring of **SG-SST compliance** on site. * Issuing height work permits. **Working Conditions:** * **Salary:** between **$1,450,000 and $2,000,000**, depending on experience. * **Benefits:** transportation allowance, mobility allowance, and **statutory social benefits**. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 11:30 am.
