Schedule: Day shift **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Participate in road safety and Lifesaver training. * Distribute product to various process operations. * Report road traffic incidents occurring during work-related travel. * Know and comply with corporate regulations. * Maintain products, equipment, and facilities in optimal condition. * Tasks require the use of tools and/or manually operated machinery. * Ensure timely and truthful reporting of personal health conditions. * Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks for utensils and plant facilities. * Prepare raw materials, tools, and equipment to supply and initiate departmental processes. * Fulfill the organization’s commitment to comply with legislation and organizational road safety guidelines. * Perform assigned specific tasks repetitively, which may require physical effort and/or concentration, meeting specified requirements for Quality, Food Safety, Safety, among others. **Qualifications** ------------------ Minimum Qualifications: * At least 18 years of age. * Completed primary education. * Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty. * Ability to operate industrial machinery or equipment, with or without reasonable accommodations. * Ability to lift up to 12.5 kg for women and 25 kg for men, with or without reasonable accommodations. * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternative shifts, with prior notice. * Ability to work under various indoor and outdoor conditions, including cold temperatures ranging from 8°C up to ambient temperature. * Ability to work in diverse environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience working in a production environment or food processing plant.
