**Opening: Production Worker** **Location:** Cali, Valle del Cauca **Salary:** Current Minimum Legal Salary \+ Transportation Allowance **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Type of contract:** Direct with the company, including all social benefits and social security affiliation **Job Description:** At **Laboratorios G\&B S.A.S**, a recognized manufacturing company dedicated to the production of **nutraceutical products through contract manufacturing**, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and quality-oriented **Production Worker** who will contribute efficiently to meeting production targets and maintaining **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **cleaning and disinfection** of equipment, tools, and production areas before, during, and after shifts. * **Receive, weigh, prepare, and dispense** raw materials according to production orders. * **Operate and set up** production machinery (mixers, capsule fillers, sealers, steam tunnels, packaging machines). * Carry out **packaging, sealing, capping, and labeling** processes for finished products. * **Record** all activities and movements of raw materials and products in traceability forms. * Maintain **order, cleanliness, and proper waste disposal** in the work area. * Assist in **inventory counts** of raw materials, packaging materials, and work-in-process or finished goods. * **Report any issues** regarding equipment, machinery, or processes to the production supervisor. * Participate in **feedback and continuous improvement meetings** for production processes. * Attend internal **training sessions** on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety. **Requirements:** * Education: **Technical degree in production processes, manufacturing, or related fields.** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar roles or in manufacturing companies. * Basic knowledge of **GMP, machinery handling, and production process control.** * Ability to work in teams, follow instructions, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * Full payment of social benefits and social security enrollment. * Opportunities for growth and development within a solid and expanding company.
