Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. **Your role at Baxter:** Monitor the import and export process of goods, clearance with relevant authorities, control all documentation, negotiation, compliance with deadlines and costs, in accordance with current legislation and internal policies. **What you will do at Baxter:** -------------------------------- 1\. Monitor import and export processes, providing and verifying necessary documents, as well as tracking bureaucratic procedures and updating the status of the process, in accordance with current legislation and internal policies. 2\. Monitor shipments with suppliers to ensure compliance with established shipping dates and agreements. 3\. Verify the accuracy of amounts on received invoices. 4\. Analyze tariffs for each process. 5\. Analyze rates from major shipping companies and freight agents, seeking the best alternative for import/export processes in terms of time and cost. 6\. Stay up to date with publications of resolutions related to your area of specialization. 7\. Report cost and results information to involved departments. 8\. Receive documentation and instruct shipment of goods for logistics, planning, and clearance, in accordance with current legislation. 9\. Monitor the registration and clearance of goods. 10\. Supervise the contracting of pre-negotiated freight, following established procedures. 11\. Perform quotations for import and export processes. 12\. Complete tracking work sheets to inform the logistics department about cargo progress. 13\. Request, monitor, and verify payment/expenses processes for imports/exports through the company system. 14\.
