As a Financial Control Analyst, Operations, you will supervise and optimize production processes and costs, ensuring compliance with the company’s established efficiency and budgetary standards. **What You’ll Do** * Monitor and track production orders. * Analyze monthly material efficiency variations per plant. * Control plant budgets to ensure compliance. * Review, analyze, and control plant expenses. * Monitor adherence to standard cost, identifying variances against both company and academic standards. * Validate master cost data for materials and create versions. * Calculate projected and standard costs for products under development and nearing launch. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, manufacturing, and/or planning. **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge.
