Its mission is clear: drive sustained revenue growth through active exploration of new markets, customer segments, and strategic business avenues. This team operates in close collaboration with key departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, ensuring effective execution of commercial strategies. Additionally, the Commercial area is responsible for establishing and strengthening strategic relationships with private sector entities. The objective is to secure high-impact deals and forge alliances that propel the company's expansion. Their contribution is crucial for diversifying the client portfolio and positioning in strategic sectors. **Position Purpose:** Ability to identify and close new business opportunities (hunter) and to maintain and grow relationships with existing strategic clients, meeting assigned budget targets and senior portfolio requirements. Platform placements **Job Responsibilities:** · Lead their territory, manage relationships, opportunities, relevant events, strategic information, and any other input that facilitates the company's positioning. * Lead training sessions using consultative techniques to link business needs with use cases. * Identify compelling reasons why the client must act with a strong sense of urgency to invest in a solution such as the one offered. * Possess a comprehensive market vision used to develop prioritization plans based on industry potential, investment history in services, and affinity with the solution portfolio. * Understand the customer’s value chain, their main market differentiators, as well as strategic challenges including competitor behavior. * Develop business relationships with decision-makers beyond the responsible department. * Build high-value proposals incorporating success stories, industry needs, and technical knowledge from the team. * Apply the company's proprietary solution sales methodology to drive opportunity development. **Why is this role critical for us?** This role is decisive in driving the expansion of the client portfolio and ensuring sustainable revenue growth within the segment. **Qualifications** **Education**: Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator, Social Communicator, Finance graduate. **Experience**: Experience managing clients at all levels across various economic sectors, large companies, financial institutions, Fintech, cooperatives and Services, with a minimum of 4 years handling these. Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the service sector and consultative sales. **Technical Skills Required**: Excel, PowerPoint, CRM handling, Bizagi, Salesforce **Languages**: Basic English (not mandatory) **Competencies:** * Skills to accurately identify customer needs, generating new opportunities and closing new deals. (Good objection handling). * Skills for maintaining, managing, and growing accounts within the portfolio. * Excellent relationship-building skills, creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.
