Join us in shaping our future–and yours. **Role reports to:** 5188 GERENTE DE COLABORACION CON CLIENTES**Location:** Latin America, Colombia, Valle del Cauca, Cali**Work Location:** Hybrid**What you will do** This position reports directly to Customer Collaboration Lead and is located in Cali. **Your role** Responsible for ensuring the execution, maintenance, and development of the key customer collaboration program for the Central America market. Lead customer engagement and projects from a supply chain perspective, and build strong relationships with internal teams to deliver an optimal service experience to customers. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary supply chain contact for assigned customers. * Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across the customer’s supply chain as well as with internal teams. * Lead and execute the schedule of periodic meetings with customers and drive follow-up actions and/or resulting projects. * Prepare and analyze data for customer-level demand forecasting and lead forecast alignment forums with commercial teams and customers. * Ensure accurate end-to-end execution of customer orders throughout the supply chain. * Regularly manage customer performance indicators within the collaboration program (MAPE, BIAS, In Full, On Time, DOI, OSA) and develop action plans for improvement opportunities. * Analyze and manage additional inventory to meet customer market trends. * Generate reports on market trends, forecast accuracy, inventory availability, service levels, and presentations for both internal and customer use. **What are we looking for?** Required Qualifications * Professional degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in supply chain management and direct interaction with sales teams and customers. * Knowledge and experience in demand forecasting. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. Preferred Qualifications: (if applicable) * Assertive communication skills. * Analytical and strategic thinking. * Adaptability and fast, continuous learning. * Customer-oriented service mindset. * Results-driven and problem-solving orientation. * Ability to manage multiple sources of information. * Ability to work under pressure. * Experience with SAP and Power BI. * Intermediate English proficiency.
