An agro-industrial group in the Caribbean is seeking a PHYSICAL SECURITY MANAGER responsible for assessing risks, designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security strategies and systems across more than 10,000 Ha of sorghum, soybean, sugarcane, oil palm, and timber plantations; agricultural machinery; infrastructure; assets; and personnel at the company’s fields and industrial plants. Responsible for managing technical and human resources, technological systems, communication equipment, and electronic security systems; maintaining strong relationships with local authorities; and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Profile: Professional degree in Administration or related field preferred. Knowledge and experience in physical security, risk management, asset protection, and regulations applicable to the agricultural sector. Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and interpersonal skills. Experience: 5–10 years managing security for agro-industrial companies with associated crop areas exceeding 10,000 Ha.
