A leading automotive company located in the south of Cali is seeking a Technician or Technologist in mechanics or business administration for the position of Yard Manager. Must have 2 years of experience. Functions: * Receive customers and conduct vehicle inspections. * Recommend and advise customers regarding their vehicle needs and provide quotes. * Prepare work orders and request products from inventory. * Verify and supervise the work being performed on each vehicle. * Coordinate activities of technician staff. * Ensure adherence to estimated service completion times. * Deliver vehicles meeting customer satisfaction. * Verify proper operation of work equipment. * Meet sales budget targets. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating 8-hour shifts.
