The ideal candidate has **5\+ years of experience** in interior design, technical documentation, and 3D rendering for commercial and residential projects. In this role, you will be responsible for producing detailed Revit and AutoCAD drawings, creating high\-quality cabinetry and millwork designs, and generating visually compelling renderings. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver functional and aesthetically refined designs that meet U.S. standards and client expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who thrives in both the technical and creative sides of interior design. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop detailed **interior design drawings** and construction documentation using **Revit** and **AutoCAD**. * Design and document **custom cabinetry, millwork, and built\-in furniture** with fabrication\-level detail. * Produce **renderings and visual presentations** using software such as **Lumion, Twinmotion, Corona, Blender, Enscape, D5, or V\-Ray**. * Prepare **shop drawings, finish schedules, and specifications** to support design and construction coordination. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, and MEP) to ensure design intent and constructability. * Apply **U.S. building codes, standards, and material practices** throughout all design stages. * Maintain consistent **file organization, documentation accuracy, and revision tracking** across all project deliverables. * Review and update design packages based on client feedback and project milestones. * Participate in project meetings and contribute to design development discussions. **Qualifications \& Must\-Haves** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. * **Minimum of 5 years of professional experience** in interior design and documentation. * **Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD** for detailed drafting and modeling (required). * Expertise in **millwork and cabinetry design**, including technical detailing and fabrication drawings. * Proficiency in at least one **rendering software**: Lumion, Twinmotion, Corona, Blender, Enscape, D5, or V\-Ray. * Strong **design visualization and presentation skills** with attention to detail and proportion. * Experience working with **U.S. clients** and familiarity with American standards and documentation formats (preferred). * Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, multidisciplinary teams. * Self\-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. * Strong command of English, both written and verbal. **Technical/System Requirements** * Desktop or laptop with **Intel Core I7 or I9** or AMD Ryzen 7 or 9(or higher) processor * Minimum **32GB RAM** for multitasking and large file handling * NVIDIA RTX or AMD Radeon Pro graphics Card is recommended. * Workstation free from noise and distractions * Stable primary internet connection and **backup internet** * **USB headset** with noise\-cancelling microphone * **Backup power source** (generator, UPS, or accessible alternative workspace during outages) This is a **long\-term, full\-time remote opportunity** for a skilled designer ready to elevate their technical and creative capabilities in a supportive and growth\-oriented environment.
