**Logistics Manager – Ferresol S.A.S. (Cali, Valle del Cauca)** **Position Description:** At **Ferresol S.A.S.**, a company dedicated to manufacturing industrial uniforms and importing and distributing personal protective equipment (PPE) under the brand **ZOLL**, we are seeking a highly organized **Logistics Manager** with leadership skills and proven experience in inventory management, transportation, and product distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all logistics operations, from product receipt and storage to dispatch and final delivery to our customers at both local and national levels. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise **receiving, storage, dispatch, and distribution** processes of goods. * **Design and assign daily delivery and pickup routes**, optimizing time and costs. * Supervise the **logistics assistants and drivers team**, ensuring compliance and productivity. * **Control and maintain inventories** of finished products, raw materials, and supplies, ensuring stock rotation and accuracy. * Coordinate with the administrative and accounting departments the **billing closure and shipping documents**. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industrial safety regulations. * Manage **import logistics and domestic shipments**, in coordination with the procurement department. * Propose continuous improvements in storage, inventory control, and transportation processes. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technologist or professional degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years in similar roles**, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or garment companies. * **Knowledge:** * Route and transportation planning. * Inventory control and rotation. * Personnel management. * Office tools (advanced Excel) and logistics management software or ERP. * **Skills:** Leadership, decision-making, effective communication, results-oriented, and teamwork. * **Driver's license:** preferably category B1 or higher.
