Ambition, Vision, and Delivery Orientation **REGIONAL LAND PROFESSIONAL** ================================= Lead the process of land acquisition and voluntary land disposal, conduct physical and legal regularization of properties, manage administrative or judicial expropriation proceedings, and coordinate the physical handover of areas and corridor clearance. **Requirements and Competencies** Law degree Valid professional license issued by the competent authority. Minimum five (5) years of experience counted from the university certification indicating the exact date of completion of coursework or academic curriculum. At least two (2) years of certified experience in one of the following activities: Land professional, land assistant, or land specialist in road infrastructure or transportation infrastructure projects. Land professional in railway infrastructure projects.
