Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead and oversee the technical execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations, with a focus on quality. Quality assurance and regulatory compliance A logistics-sector company (Free Trade Zone), located on the Cali-Palmira highway, is seeking a Civil Engineer, Architect, or related professional, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction projects or as a site resident engineer and/or equivalent roles in private projects. Experience required in structural and urban development execution, coordination of specialized disciplines, and quality control. Proficiency in AUTOCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Budgeting Software - SAGUT, and fundamentals of ISO 9001, ISO 28000, and ISO 14001 is required. Key Responsibilities: Lead and technically supervise construction execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and applicable regulations; coordinate on-site interaction among specialized disciplines; and optimize resource utilization. Plan and coordinate daily construction activities according to the schedule. Interpret and apply structural, architectural, and installation drawings. Coordinate technical interaction among specialized disciplines on site. Verify compliance with applicable technical regulations and urban planning standards. Conduct technical inspections to ensure quality and timely project execution.
