Join our mission to make access to quality hygiene, well-being, and nutrition a right, not a privilege. **About the Role** ---------------- Execute the preventive maintenance program, perform electrical and mechanical repairs, adaptations, and installation of machines, equipment, and components of production lines, mixing dispensing, warehouse, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), administrative building, and facility areas to ensure availability and proper operation, complying with the company's pillars: Safety, Quality, and Productivity. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Ensure the operability and correct functioning of all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or instrumentation equipment that is part of the plant, detecting possible failures or anomalies and applying preventive or corrective actions as quickly as possible, as appropriate, to guarantee continuity of plant operations. * Ensure compliance and proper execution of preventive maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition and ensure availability for production and use of the company's infrastructure. * Perform corrective maintenance on equipment. * Fulfill, improve, and apply preventive maintenance routines for equipment. * Close work orders of type: CM (Corrective Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance), thereby fulfilling planned maintenance activities. * Be assigned production lines to contribute to increasing OEE, focusing on the lines assigned under your responsibility. * Perform SERGEN maintenance routines. * Monitor the resolution and provide support for solving failures of all equipment directly or indirectly affecting production processes. * Accurately record spare parts information in SAP. * Follow up on obtaining spare parts required to resolve failures. * Adhere to guidelines for using the SAP system (work orders, withdrawal of spare parts/consumables from inventory, detailed reporting of activities performed in the work order). * Inventory withdrawal without a storekeeper: A physical work order must be delivered; withdrawal forms and gate forms must be completed jointly with the shift guard if required by the guard. * Perform LOTO procedures for maintenance and engineering tasks as required by the activity, according to EHS standards. * Seal the efficiency bulletin when performing maintenance interventions and record the time spent resolving the failure. * 5S in the workshop per shift. * The computer located within the workshop is restricted for use solely as a research tool and for generating and printing work orders. Listening to music via the PC, chats, social media, etc., is prohibited. * Provide verbal shift handover and complete the logbook of significant shift failures. * Improvement: Actively participate in OEE improvement and continuous improvement teams, where activities aimed at optimizing the performance and availability of production processes are evaluated and prioritized. **The Experience We're Looking For** ------------------------------- Minimum experience: 2 years in mass consumer goods industrial plants, with solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Industrial Safety. ### **Academic Background:** * Final-stage university student in Engineering * Technologist in Electricity, Automation, Electromechanics, or Electronics. * Must possess CONTE (Labor Competency Certificate in Electricity). ### **Intermediate Technical Skills:** Electricity: * Electrical substations * Transformers * Motor Control Centers (MCCs) * Reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams Pneumatics: * Cylinders, regulators, valves, hoses * Diagnosis and maintenance of pneumatic systems * Interpretation of diagrams Hydraulics: * Cylinders, valves, regulators, hoses * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Reading of hydraulic diagrams Electronics: * Control panels * PLCs, sensors, microswitches * Diagnosis of electronic systems Instrumentation: * Valves, actuators, transmitters, sensors * Industrial control and instrumentation systems * Interpretation of control diagrams Mechanics: * Bearings, lubrication * Assembly and disassembly of components * Reading of mechanical drawings ### **Additional Knowledge:** Computer Tools: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, JDE, SAP, among others Equipment Operation: * Operation of industrial machinery * Use of hand tools * Basic welding knowledge **Equity** ----------- We recognize that in real life, not all requirements are always met.
