**POSITION OBJECTIVE:** * Ensure the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as the coordination, supervision, and execution of installations and assemblies in various work areas, in order to maintain system operation and preservation. This includes timely handling of service-related tasks, assembly and installation of HVAC equipment, PVC, copper, and steel piping, fabrication and installation of ductwork, and implementation of power and control electrical systems. Additionally, ensure equipment start-up and commissioning, guaranteeing compliance with work orders, quality, safety standards, and established timelines. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * Technical or technological degree in electricity, welding, mechanics, metalworking, industrial assembly, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
