Due to event operations, working hours may extend, resulting in overtime. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** \- High school graduate, technician, or technologist in customer service or related field \- Proven experience of more than one year as a waiter ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** \- Attend to customers at tables, take orders, process payments, resolve inquiries, and provide courteous service. \- Know the menu in detail to recommend products. \- Keep the work area clean and organized. \- Assist with phone service: Confirm orders, answer questions, or coordinate deliveries. \- Perform inventory control of tableware and supplies. \- Comply with safety and hygiene regulations: Proper handling of cash and adherence to internal protocols.
