This role is essential to ensure that academic and professional internships are conducted according to appropriate academic, pedagogical, and disciplinary standards—enhancing student experience and strengthening ties with the productive sector. If you possess an educational vocation, strong communication skills, and academic mentoring experience (ideally with SENA), this opportunity is for you. Minimum Requirements Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of pedagogical experience (teaching, instruction, or academic mentoring). Minimum 1 year of disciplinary experience in your field of expertise. Experience in the education sector (mandatory). Strong verbal and written communication skills. High time availability for company visits. Prior experience with SENA as an instructor or supervisor is preferred. Experience in company visits or external supervision is preferred. Main Responsibilities Conduct follow-up visits to students engaged in academic and professional internships. Verify implementation of the training plan within the corporate environment. Evaluate intern performance jointly with their immediate supervisor at the company. Prepare follow-up reports and academic reports. Provide pedagogical and disciplinary mentoring to students. Manage improvement plans, formal warnings, or conflicts arising during the internship process. Maintain consistent communication with partner companies. Ensure compliance with institutional academic guidelines.
