Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Maintenance Assistant for a hotel, responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, local repairs, and electrical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure. 2. Carry out white work tasks such as patching, stucco application, and painting. 3. Support basic inspections and repairs of the electrical system. A well-known hotel in the city of Cali is currently seeking an Infrastructure Maintenance Assistant to strengthen its workforce. The individual will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, local repairs, and basic support for electrical systems, ensuring the proper condition and functionality of the hotel’s facilities. Main responsibilities include: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure. - Carry out white work tasks such as patching, stucco application, and painting. - Support basic inspections and repairs of the electrical system. - Ensure the good condition of facilities and operational areas. - Report incidents, damages, or maintenance requirements. - Support additional departmental activities as required by operational needs. Requirements: Academic background: High school diploma; technical training in maintenance, electricity, civil construction, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in infrastructure maintenance or similar positions. Knowledge of local repairs and white work (stucco, painting, and patching). Basic knowledge of electrical systems. Availability to work rotating shifts in the city of Cali. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + statutory benefits. Rotating shifts according to operational needs.
