Technical or technological education in Document Management, Library Science, or Archival Studies. Minimum of 1 year of experience in roles related to document management. Knowledge of the General Archives Law and current archival regulations. Main Responsibilities: Guide and facilitate access to information recorded in archival documents. Execute documentary management processes in accordance with company requirements and current regulations. Support the preparation of archival-related documents, following institutional guidelines and policies. Conduct physical and digital inventory assessments. Utilize information and communication technology tools according to entity policies.
