At Deltec S.A., we are seeking an analytical, technically rigorous, and results-driven professional to join our Accounting team. Job Mission: Evaluate organizational performance and risks through the analysis and interpretation of financial data, generating strategic recommendations that optimize profitability and support decision-making. Main Responsibilities: Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) to assess liquidity, solvency, and profitability. Develop annual financial planning and conduct monthly projections. Monitor contract budgets to identify deviations from commercial offers. Prepare cash flow statements per contract and at the organizational level. Audit premium settlements billed by insurers for vehicles covered under all-risk insurance policies. Required Profile: Education: Graduate in Finance or Accounting. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in equivalent roles. Tools (Mandatory): Proficiency in SIESA ENTERPRISE. Skills: Analytical and critical thinking, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Working Conditions: Salary: COP 2,800,000 per month + statutory benefits. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Location: Gran Limonar Office (Cali). Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with 2 hours for lunch). Saturdays: Every other Saturday.
