Construction sector company requires a Civil Engineering professional with 2 years of experience since issuance of license, for the position of site resident. Responsibilities include: · Quantity takeoff to plan and prepare budgets for assigned projects, including project schedules in Project and financial flow. · Preparation of bidding documents for project tenders. · Preparation of neighborhood notices for the different areas involved in each project. · Supervision and control of execution of assigned projects by various contractors. · Coordinate the weekly site meeting to verify contractor schedule compliance. · Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on supervised works. · Validate construction processes, sequences, and productivity according to scope and contractor delivery dates. · Identify and plan mechanisms to control industrial safety conditions with support from the company's SST personnel. · Monitor execution of resources assigned to each contractor, verifying compliance with current regulations and minimum quality standards established by the client.
