




JOB DESCRIPTION: Will be responsible for the management, development, and optimization of the brand's social media channels. Must generate engaging and strategic content that drives audience engagement, increases brand visibility, and contributes to sales growth through digital advertising. JOB OBJECTIVE: Develop and execute innovative and engaging content strategies that strengthen the brand's digital presence, foster audience engagement, and contribute to sales growth. This will be achieved through the creation of original and relevant content aligned with brand values and market trends, as well as effective collaboration with the marketing and advertising team. The professional must measure and analyze content performance to make strategic adjustments that maximize impact across digital platforms. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create, propose, and execute innovative content ideas for social media, from concept to publication. * Design the monthly content strategy (content calendar), including thematic grids aligned with brand objectives and commercial calendar. * Generate original content, both written and audiovisual, comfortable in front of cameras and with the attitude to convey brand values. * Support internal and external marketing activities by collaborating in events, product launches, and brand activations. * Monitor digital trends, viral topics, and emerging formats to keep the brand's content up to date. Create visual and narrative storytelling consistent with company values, applicable to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. * Collaborate closely with the advertising team to align organic and paid messaging. * Measure content performance, analyze key metrics, and propose improvements with a strategic focus. * Support marketing activities such as live recordings, reels, event coverage, or brand activations. * Supervise content execution according to the established plan, maintaining organization and consistency. * Analyze trends and consumer behavior to adapt content strategies. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Technical degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. Courses or certifications in social media management, digital content creation, and digital marketing are a plus. Position type: Full-time
