Interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and ability to work under pressure A national importer and distributor of automotive parts with 40 years of experience seeks a technician and/or student in Foreign Trade, Finance, International Business, or related fields, with over 2 years of experience, responsible for supporting the International Business Manager and the Procurement Department in operational activities related to ordering imported goods and their respective customs clearance. Must possess interpersonal relationship management skills, information analysis capability, attention to detail, teamwork ability, dynamism; as well as excellent situational awareness, including under pressure. Innovative, creative, and proactive mindset, oriented toward delivering comprehensive solutions to market barriers and external factors, supported by recognized success cases. General Responsibilities: Preparing order lists for foreign suppliers * managing correspondence with foreign suppliers * processing procedures with freight forwarders, customs brokerage firms, ports of entry for shipments arriving from abroad, and insurance companies covering imports.
