That’s living the Gallagher Way. **Description** The Deputy Manager of Occupational Risk and OSH will be responsible for developing the necessary actions to manage the client portfolio and execute the commercial strategy of the Occupational Risk and OSH Business Unit, in order to achieve the established commercial and retention goals. **How You’ll Make an Impact** 1\. Implement customer retention strategies for existing clients, ensuring company profitability. 2\. Participate in and adhere to the budget in the Company’s sales processes. 3\. Serve and maintain active clients in coordination with the Company’s various departments, in accordance with established policies. 4\. Analyze and understand client needs, managing their requirements and proposing internal process adjustments to support achievement of the Customer Service strategy. 5\. Implement the design and structuring of customized programs within the Company’s occupational safety and health management system. 6\. Manage and lead the human talent under your supervision, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and standards. 7\. Strengthen technical relationships with ARLs. 8\. Monitor and control the ARL’s work plan for clients. 9\. Be accountable for activities committed to clients (prevention, promotion, and risk management). **About You** * Medical professional specialized in occupational safety and health, holding an active occupational health license. * Minimum 3 years of experience managing multi-client accounts in companies across diverse sectors, with a focus on handling and resolving critical cases. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
