Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the technology sector, or 1 year of sales experience in insurance, mobile phones, or technology accessories. Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) operations and strategic customer interaction skills. Orientation toward achieving commercial goals and KPIs. Proactive attitude, negotiation skills, and excellent customer service. Working Conditions: Schedules at major retail chains, Sunday to Sunday, with 1 or 2 compensatory days. We Offer: Current legal minimum wage: 1,750,905 Transportation allowance: 249,095 Performance-based commissions up to $450,000 (based on KPI achievement). Internal incentives.
