




**Requirements:** * Kitchen assistant required who will be responsible for providing the necessary supplies and ingredients for restaurant preparations, maintaining an adequate and controlled inventory. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the position. * Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday (distributed over 44 weekly hours) with one compensatory day off per week. **Responsibilities:** * Submit supply requests to purchasing department in advance. * Receive goods from suppliers. * Organize, store, preserve, and portion supplies. * Report discrepancies regarding losses and expirations. * Conduct weekly and monthly inventories. * Label packages and containers. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Assist with kitchen tasks as operation demands. **We Offer:** * Salary: current minimum monthly wage, transportation allowance, overtime pay, surcharges for working on rest days and holidays, tips, and statutory benefits. * Contract: Direct employment with the company on a fixed-term basis for 3 months, renewable based on performance.
