**Location:** Cali, Valle del Cauca **Contract type:** Indefinite-term contract **Salary:** $2,500,000 + $1,000,000 variable + statutory transportation allowance **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Job Mission Proactively, efficiently, and responsibly ensure the proper functioning of the technical service department, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and correct project execution. **Required Profile:** * Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or Technologist. * Minimum 5 years of experience in: * Installation and maintenance of water pumps. * Electrical installations and control panels. * Reading electrical schematics and installing piping. * Operation of variable-frequency drives, RETIE standards, Excel, AutoCAD, or similar software. * Must own a motorcycle or car. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of technical staff. * Plan, assign tasks, and ensure achievement of objectives. * Train and develop the technical team. * Lead and motivate technical personnel. * Evaluate performance and propose continuous improvements. * Verify proper execution of installations and maintenance activities. * Implement and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. * Resolve technical and operational issues on-site. * Guarantee satisfactory delivery of equipment and services to customers. * Support project planning, costing, and execution. * Participate in negotiations with suppliers and clients.
