




The position will be responsible for managing payments to suppliers and customers, tracking and reconciling bank statements, reviewing electronic invoicing, and handling errors with the technology provider, as well as supporting accounting tasks when necessary. The incumbent must also manage daily inventory, coordinate staff under supervision (billing assistants, cashiers, and warehouse personnel), manage accounts payable and receivable, review daily invoicing and closing reports, support point-of-sale operations when required, and deliver high-quality customer service. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hardware and/or spare parts sector is required, along with knowledge of units of measurement and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Siigo Cloud. Working Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Salary: $2,300,000–$2,500,000 Position Type: Full-time
