Ensure the technical conditions and requirements of the food service at assigned locations and the timely delivery of bakery products. a. Comply with specifications and deadlines stipulated in the schedule sheet assigned by your immediate supervisor. b. Deliver finished products to bakery assistants as required by the production department. c. Handle raw materials, supplies, and consumables within the bakery area efficiently, avoiding waste. d. Guarantee the organoleptic properties of all products in process within the bakery area. e. Prepare various requested bakery products (e.g., breads, pastries) following established company procedures. f. Actively attend daily management meetings and maintain each area’s logbook.
