




**FUNCTIONS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** * Support personnel selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Prepare and manage employment contracts, social security registrations, and other onboarding documents. * Maintain up-to-date employee resumes and personnel files. * Assist in payroll processing, social benefits calculation, overtime payments, and labor-related updates. * Manage affiliations, updates, and withdrawals with Health Promotion Entities (EPS), Occupational Risk Management Entities (ARL), Pension Fund Administrators (AFP), and Family Compensation Funds. * Prepare employment certificates, official statements, and internal human talent communications. * Support attendance tracking, leave requests, medical leaves, licenses, and vacation management. * Provide support in disciplinary proceedings, employee responses to charges, and follow-up on sanctions. * Support employee wellness, training, induction, and re-induction programs. * Respond to labor audit requirements and oversight entities. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Assist in preparing human resources management reports and submissions to external entities. * Handle employees’ personal and employment information confidentially. * Support occupational safety and health (OSH) processes. * Support staff exit procedures and final settlement preparations. * Perform any other duties assigned related to the position.
