We are seeking a **Speech-Language Pathologist** who will contribute their technical and human expertise to safeguarding workers’ auditory and vocal health under the agreement with **Mineros Aluvial S.A.S.** **Purpose of the Position** Support auditory and vocal health surveillance processes by conducting, analyzing, and interpreting speech-language pathology assessments, providing technical criteria for decision-making in coordination with the occupational medicine department and the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS). **Academic Qualifications** * Degree in **Speech-Language Pathology**. * Specialization in **Occupational Health** preferred. **Experience** * Minimum **2 years** of professional experience, preferably in occupational health settings. **Responsibilities** * Conduct, analyze, and interpret supplementary auditory and voice assessments within occupational medical evaluations. * Issue technical speech-language pathology opinions and follow up on cases involving auditory or vocal impairments. * Support prevention, early detection, and control of occupational illnesses related to noise exposure and voice use. * Provide technical advice in occupational-medical situations affecting the auditory and vocal systems. * Coordinate activities with the occupational physician, the company, and the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Provider (ARL). * Complete the professional profile and required records in accordance with legal and contractual guidelines. **Conditions** * **Salary:** $2,429,212 + social benefits * Contract: Project-based employment * Location: Bajo Cauca – El Bagre * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day** **Benefits** * Four extra-legal bonuses totaling **95 additional salary days per year**. * Access to nearly **80 benefits**, including education, housing, health, tourism, and various allowances for you and your family. * Participation in a **psychotechnical assessment**, as a self-knowledge tool for skills and talents, independent of the selection process outcome.
