Required Profile Professional in Industrial Engineering or Food Engineering * Support the implementation and compliance of the Quality Management System. * Conduct inspections and verifications of processes, products, and services to ensure adherence to established standards. * Record and document quality control results, non-conformities, and findings. * Support follow-up on corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. * Verify compliance with standards, procedures, internal policies, and applicable legal requirements. * Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and evidence. * Develop and update quality department forms, records, and procedures. * Monitor quality indicators and assist in preparing reports. * Promptly report deviations, risks, or failures detected in processes.
