Developer We are looking for the best candidate to join our team in the role of **Developer**. **Location:** Cra. 74 \#52A\-70, Bogotá, Colombia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for **designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining development and process automation solutions**, focused on **cybersecurity environments**, using the company’s **automation tools and RPA**, applied to the automation of operational and technical processes, thereby contributing to the efficiency, security, and optimization of the organization’s services. The candidate must hold a **Technical Diploma, Technologist, or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Software Development, or related fields**, with a minimum of **one (1) year of experience in software development or process automation**, preferably in technological or cybersecurity environments. Responsibilities * Analyze internal and technical processes to identify automation opportunities in cybersecurity environments using automation and RPA tools. * Design, develop, configure, and maintain automation robots on RPA platforms. * Manage and monitor the proper functioning of automations, ensuring continuity and security of their execution. * Automate repetitive tasks related to operational, administrative, and technical cybersecurity processes. * Conduct testing, adjustments, and continuous improvements to implemented developments and automations, ensuring quality and security. * Document processes, workflows, and technical developments in accordance with best practices and information security guidelines. * Provide support for automated processes when incidents, failures, or security alerts occur. * Apply secure development best practices, version control, and information protection. * Support maintenance, optimization, and updating of existing solutions. * Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and cybersecurity teams to gather technical and functional requirements. Key Accountabilities * Ensure stability, availability, and security of implemented automations. * Meet established deadlines for assigned developments and projects. * Maintain confidentiality of information, developments, and cybersecurity processes. * Promptly report failures, risks, or improvement opportunities identified in automated processes.
