Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer and/or Architect with experience to lead projects and ensure their execution, monitoring, and control. Key Highlights: 1. Lead projects and ensure their execution, monitoring, and control. 2. Specific experience in large-scale conventional structures. 3. Knowledge of BIM and proficiency in Microsoft Project. We are seeking a **Civil Engineer and/or Architect** with experience to lead projects and ensure their proper execution, monitoring, and control. * Professional in **Civil Engineering and/or Architecture**. * **Minimum 8 years of general experience**, counted from the issuance of the professional license and/or graduation certificate. * Specific experience in **conventional structures** for projects of **5,000 m² or larger**, in one of the following sectors: * **Healthcare** * **Educational** * **Commercial** * **Institutional** * Minimum **4 years of experience as a Construction Supervision Director**. * Knowledge of using **BIM planimetric information on-site**. * Advanced knowledge and proficiency in **Microsoft Project** for construction schedule monitoring and control. **Work Location:** Cali **Salary:** $6,600,000 Work Location: On-site employment
