Job Summary:
The Infrastructure Support Assistant will manage and maintain the organization's technological infrastructure, ensuring stability and security, while also providing technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing and maintaining technological infrastructure
2. Ensures server stability, availability, and security
3. Provides technical support to end users (Level 1 and Level 2)
The Infrastructure Support Assistant will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring the stability, availability, and security of servers and critical services. Additionally, they will provide technical support to end users, resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and efficiently and promptly handling service requests. This role is key to ensuring the proper functioning of the IT environment, both in internal operations and in supporting end users.
Requirements:
\*Technical education in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
\*Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support and IT infrastructure management.
\*Intermediate knowledge of server administration (Windows Server, Linux).
\*Ability to solve problems under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
SALARY: To be agreed upon based on experience.
Contract Type: Project-Based Labor Hours: Mon to Sat
Complying with 42 weekly working hours
