




Job Summary: Responsible for food production and service (hot and/or cold kitchen) according to the menu, standard recipes, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food production and service according to menu and standard recipes. 2. Preparation of ingredients, utensils, and equipment for food preparation. 3. Maintenance of kitchen and utensil cleanliness and hygiene. * Produce and serve food (hot and/or cold kitchen) according to the menu, standard recipes, established procedures, and guidelines from the Administrative Directorate. * Prepare ingredients (mise en place), utensils, and equipment for food preparation and service. * Clean and sanitize the kitchen, equipment, and utensils used in food preparation.
