The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, contacting customers, and supporting administrative processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Make telemarketing calls to promote services. * Schedule services and coordinate operational staff schedules. * Update customer databases. * Support general administrative tasks. * Follow up with customers and scheduled services. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in telemarketing or customer service. * Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and proactivity. **Employment Conditions:** * Contract type: Fixed-term * Salary: 2\.000\.000 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Work modality: On-site Workplace: On-site employment
