This position serves as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to business units, aligning cybersecurity strategies with business goals and risk priorities. As part of the BISO team, the role bridges the gap between cybersecurity and the business, enabling innovation while protecting Medtronic’s data, systems, and reputation. This position will be a Hybrid position in Bogotá **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Act as a subject matter expert (SME) between cybersecurity and lines of business, supporting policies, standards, and frameworks * Partner with business leaders to identify, assess, and manage cyber risk, translating technical risk into business terms * Monitor cyber risk trends and emerging threats to anticipate future business impact and adjust strategies accordingly * Track key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Educate and influence stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity awareness, culture, and risk ownership **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree with 7\+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 5\+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) * Strong background in cybersecurity, information security, and risk management within complex organizations * Proven ability to assess and prioritize risk, including remediation, mitigation, and exception tracking * Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business operations and value drivers. * Fluent in English **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. **Benefits \& Compensation** ============================ **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
