Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Engineer with experience in industrial maintenance management and leadership, critical to ensuring equipment and facility availability and reliability. Monitor maintenance KPIs and manage budgets. **Position Profile:** We are looking for an **Electromechanical Engineer** with experience in industrial maintenance management, technical team leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset. This role is essential to guaranteeing the availability and reliability of production equipment and facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of machinery and infrastructure. * Lead the maintenance technical team, assigning tasks and ensuring plan execution. * Manage external service providers and spare parts suppliers. * Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, availability, etc.). * Prepare budgets and control departmental costs. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations. * Participate in energy efficiency and technological improvement projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within industrial environments. * Knowledge of maintenance management methodologies (CMMS, TPM, RCM). * Proficiency with diagnostic tools and technical software. * Leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills.
