Job Summary: Student to support data collection, analysis, and visualization, developing reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making in marketing. Key Highlights: 1. Possibility of employment after the internship In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop your Data Analytics skills by assisting with data extraction and building reports and dashboards. Your role will be critical to decision-making, while also providing hands-on learning opportunities in data handling within the marketing department. Your primary responsibilities will be: Support data collection, analysis, and visualization to facilitate commercial decision-making. Develop reports and dashboards that identify business trends and opportunities. Generate reports from various sources, including: number of interactions, conversation durations, customer satisfaction surveys, resolution times, wait times, among others. Update existing reports across different customer service channels. Prepare special reports depending on the brand. Conduct operational behavior analysis and propose process improvements. Requirements for the Role: Technical or Technological student in Information Systems Analysis and Development, Software Analysis and Development, Information Management, Data and Information Analysis, or Database Management, marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in Power BI Advanced Excel skills. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Remote modality. (Availability to visit offices at specific times).
