**We are looking for our next Human Resources Director!** A well-known company in the **electric mobility sector** based in Bogotá is seeking a **strategic leader in human management** to strengthen our team. The position is **100% in-person**. Who are we looking for? A professional in **Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields**, with at least **5 years of experience in Human Resources**, who has comprehensive knowledge of all HR sub-processes: **recruitment, hiring, payroll, social security, disciplinary processes, training, employee well-being, OHSMS, organizational culture, and performance indicators**. We need someone with: \- Solid knowledge of **Colombian labor legislation**. \- Ability to **manage complex payroll and social security processes**. \- Leadership skills, objective decision-making, and strategic vision. * Key responsibilities * Design and lead the **recruitment and selection strategy**. * Manage **hiring and onboarding processes**. * Analyze, validate, and approve monthly **payroll, social security, and settlements**. * Execute and monitor **disciplinary procedures**, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and legal requirements. * Lead programs related to **employee well-being, training, and organizational culture**. * Supervise the implementation of the **OHSMS** in coordination with the area's responsible person. * Develop **job profiles and job descriptions**. * Advise departments on **labor management and personnel relations**. * Present **performance indicators and improvement initiatives** to General Management. Offer conditions * **Salary:** between $4\.500\.000 and $5\.500\.000 (depending on experience and profile). * **Initial contract:** fixed-term for 3 months, with possibility of extension to indefinite. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. * Modality: **100% in-person in Bogotá**.
