You will be key in moving money and information in a way that moves the world. **What you'll do:** * Oversee the team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters in Colombia * Lead and coordinate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams responsible for all aspects of projects, from initiation through closure * Be accountable for delivering portfolio projects on time, within budget, and within scope, including project strategy, quality control, performance reporting, change management, and risk planning * Monitor the status of portfolio projects in Colombia, risks, activity, and resource dependencies, and provide accurate and timely reports and corrective actions * Plan and facilitate Steering Committee presentations and client meetings, guiding internal and client teams toward meeting program/project timelines and deliverables * Provide practical support during the pre\-sales phase * Be accountable for client commitments **What you need:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering or Computer Science * 10 years of experience managing programs and projects across the full SDLC * 10\+ years of experience managing complex system-wide implementations with technical interdependencies across a matrix organization * 5\+ years of experience in Banking or FinTech, preferably in large-scale, complex solutions and implementations * People management skills * Ability to negotiate with C\-Level executives (internal and external) * Availability for occasional travel (5% local travel within Colombia) **Nice to have (Desirable):** * 5\+ years of experience in payment solutions * Project Management Professional (PMI\-PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute * Knowledge of Portuguese **Our culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
