




**About the position:** * A nonprofit mutual organization whose purpose is to provide welfare, financial support, and comprehensive development to its members through financial services, social programs, and accompaniment activities is seeking a Project Leader to join its team. This role will be responsible for leading strategic continuous improvement projects, with emphasis on data analytics, operational efficiency, and audience segmentation, to strengthen the organization's growth and ensure more agile, efficient processes aligned with business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Lead data analytics initiatives to identify improvement opportunities across various areas of the organization (loans, portfolio, memberships, etc.). * Implement audience segmentation projects, especially targeting young audiences, to optimize product and service offerings. * Coordinate and execute cross-departmental projects aimed at improving internal process efficiency. * Support the development and continuous improvement of applications or technological tools that support operations. * Prepare and deliver project progress reports directly to the General Manager. * Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards in project execution. * Work closely with all departments of the organization, fostering synergies and an innovative culture. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles within organizations in the solidarity sector or related industries. * Proficiency in Excel. * Teamwork skills, problem-solving abilities, research capacity, and experience managing KPIs and metrics. **What we offer:** * One-year fixed-term contract with potential extension to indefinite term. * Full-time office hours from Monday to Friday, with possibility of hybrid work arrangements. * Monthly salary ranging from $3.8 million to $4.5 million COP, depending on experience.
