Job Summary: Industrias Plásticas Bohorquez S.A.S. is seeking an Extrusion Operator to operate plastic film extrusion machinery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and monitor plastic film extrusion machines 2. Perform basic adjustments to temperature, speed, and pressure parameters 3. Inspect and record the quality of the extruded product **Industrias Plásticas Bohorquez S.A.S.** is seeking an **Extrusion Operator** with experience operating machinery for plastic film extrusion processes. We seek committed individuals with a strong quality mindset and sense of responsibility. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor plastic film extrusion machines. * Perform basic adjustments to temperature, speed, and pressure parameters. * Feed raw materials into machines according to technical specifications. * Inspect and record the quality of the extruded product (gauge, width, appearance). * Assist in roll changes and cleaning of the work area. * Report technical or quality issues to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with industrial safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements:** * High school diploma (technical or technological degree in industrial processes preferred). * Minimum **1 year of experience** as an extrusion operator, preferably in the plastics industry. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * Ability to operate industrial machinery. **Required Knowledge:** * Extrusion parameters (temperature, pressure, speed). * Types of plastic resins (LDPE, HDPE, PP, among others). * Visual quality inspection of the product. * Use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer). * Industrial safety standards and GMP. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Responsibility and compliance * Teamwork * Adaptability to shift work * Quality orientation **Work Location:** Calle 31 Sur \# 69A\-25, Barrio Carvajal – Bogotá **Contract Type:** Project-based employment **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Send your resume to:** talentoh@indplastbohorquez.com **Contact:** 310 791 2716 Subject: *Extrusion Operator* Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
