Job Summary:
A professional with payroll experience responsible for managing employment contracting, affiliations, and employee request handling, ensuring accuracy and documentary control.

***Required Profile:***
Professional in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processes. Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, social security, and payroll software will be valued.
***Main Responsibilities:***
\* Manage employment contracting processes, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
\* Register, validate, and control payroll events: hires, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, permits, overtime, and other labor-related items.
\* Manage affiliations, changes, and withdrawals with EPS (Health Providers), AFP (Pension Funds), ARL (Occupational Risk Insurers), and Compensation Funds.
\* Submit, track, and manage recovery of medical leave claims.
\* Manage contract expirations, renewals, extensions, and terminations.
\* Administer and maintain up-to-date employment files and their supporting documents.
\* Address employee and leadership requests related to payroll, contracting, and social security.
\* Ensure accuracy, timeliness, traceability, and documentary control in all processes under responsibility.
