Collaborative work environment with clear values. **Job Description** ------------------- **Production Support Analyst** ============================== * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields, or equivalent experience. * A professional responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of applications in production environments, managing incidents, problems, and technical requests. * Experience in production support roles, with the ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime. * Responsible for performing root cause analysis (RCA), documenting solutions, and managing multiple incidents in distributed environments. * Availability to handle operational requests outside regular working hours when required, including scheduled support shifts and on\-call duties. * Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) for interaction with technical and business teams. * Remote work arrangement. **Required Knowledge** --------------------- * Solid experience with technologies: .NET, SQL, IIS Web Services. * Knowledge of ITIL processes and handling of incidents, problems, and changes. * Experience in monitoring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting distributed applications. * Proficiency with incident management tools such as Jira. * Knowledge of Angular, Azure, DevOps, and Java (intermediate or basic level). * Experience in technical documentation and report generation. * Understanding of system integrations and distributed architectures.
