Job Summary: Marsh is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to coordinate external offices, review and upload policies, and participate in continuous process improvement and automation. Dashboard generation and continuous improvement of the department **Company:** ------------ Marsh **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for your talent to join our Marsh team. Based in Bogotá El Dorado; this is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. As a **Senior Operations Analyst**, you will play a critical role within the department. **You will be responsible for:** * Coordinating our external offices (Producing Offices or POs) to ensure Marsh Mexico and insurers in Mexico receive timely instructions to issue local program policies. * Reviewing policies up for renewal and requesting POs to upload issuance instructions into the Multinational MGC system (Marsh Global Connect). * Communicating with the MARSH Operations team to track policy issuance. * Reviewing global program policy terms against instructions uploaded in MGC. * Uploading policy information into the MGC system. * Following up with Producing Offices on fee uploads to MGC. * Bilingual (verbal and written) communication with POs to validate delays, clarify questions, and confirm status of instructions and policy issuances. * Identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation in processes. * Developing automations and leveraging AI to streamline processes. * Generating dashboards. * Participating in departmental continuous improvement initiatives. **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related field. * 2 years of experience in insurance, preferably General Insurance. * Advanced English (interview will be conducted in English). * Excel: Pivot tables. * Preferred: Google Analytics, Power BI, or RPA/AI courses. **What makes you stand out?** * Analytical thinking * Customer focus * Proactivity * Communication skills * Organization * Results orientation Marsh Risk is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
