




Job Summary: A prominent clinic in Bogotá is seeking an IT Technology and Support Engineer to provide technical support, manage infrastructure, and implement information security practices. Configuration and maintenance of internal networks A well-established plastic and aesthetic surgery clinic located in the northern part of Bogotá requires an IT TECHNOLOGY AND SUPPORT ENGINEER for its team, capable of delivering first- and second-level technical support, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and corporate tool incidents; managing licenses and institutional accounts; administering hosting, domains, and SSL certificates; configuring and maintaining internal networks; and applying sound information security practices. * Minimum education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Networking, or related fields. * Minimum experience: At least (2\) years of verifiable experience in technical support, help desk, or basic IT infrastructure administration. * Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts (IP, DHCP, DNS). \- Proficiency in hosting management, corporate email systems, and SSL certificates. * Knowledge of software license administration. Basic knowledge of information security (access controls, roles, antivirus). * Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and corporate office productivity tools. * Preferred: ITIL certification, CCNA, or courses in technical support/networking.
